Land at Hayeswater Grove, Yarnfield Park - a proposal to build approximately 38 affordable homes on land off Hayeswater Grove, Yarnfield is being developed by Keon Homes.

Staffordshire based and family-owned housebuilder, Keon Homes is preparing detailed plans for new homes and seeks your view on their proposals.

The proposals include:

• Redevelopment of a parking, storage and outdoor training area associated with the former Yarnfield Park Training Centre.
• 38 energy efficient affordable homes ranging in size to meet the needs of first-time buyers, couples and families.
• Homes designed to integrate into the surrounding architecture and character whilst also creating an attractive, modern development with a clear structure and identity.
• Vehicular access via Hayeswater Grove and extension of pedestrian footway to Hayeswater Grove.
• Retention of existing hedgerows/boundary vegetation and additional tree planting.
