Purpose

The Council’s Financial Regulation allow the Council to prepare a list of regular payments. These payments can be approved annually, thereby removing the need to delay payment until after a parish council meeting.

Payments managed in this way can include any continuing contractual payments, statutory duty, or obligation (such as but not exclusively, salaries, PAYE) and regular maintenance contracts.
