Yarnfield Park Conference Centre – Start 7.30pm

Due to exceptional circumstances the first part of the meeting was given over to the police and staff from the Ministry of Defence to give presentations. The meeting was held outside the Labour in Vain. There was an opportunity for residents to ask questions.

As the public meeting overran there was insufficient time to hold the scheduled  the meeting of the Council. The agenda items were postponed until the next scheduled meeting in November 2025.
