2. Declarations of interest:
3. Minutes of the previous meeting: To approve of the minutes of the previous meeting on 18TH July, 2024, as previously circulated, and to consider any matters not covered elsewhere on the agenda.
4. Defibrillators:
   • Eccleshall and East Mercia Rotary Club grant of  £1,000.
   • Correspondence with the above organisation.
   • Latest offer from government for purchase of community defibrillators and cabinets.
   • Return of previous village hall defibrillator to CHT.
   • Letter to Cold Meece residents and donation of £125.
   • Meeting with the Parish Clerk regarding the use of part of this year’s budget to put towards defibrillator purchase and siting at Cold Meece.
   • Discussions with Euro Lighting re: siting of the defibrillator at Cold Meece.
5. Bag Hoops — it was decided to see how well the hoops worked before considering buying further hoops.
6. Bulbs ordered. 1000 daffodil Dutchmaster bulbs and 100 tulip bulbs. No El Nino tulip bulbs available from Boston Seeds supplier again.
7. Purchase of 2 large bags of compost.
8. Report of village Autumn Tidy up.
9. Himalayan Balsam removed.
10. CAG Accounts.
11. Coffee club.
